Looks like a cute little family owned business on the outside and the inside was even more inviting. Great atmosphere, plenty of space, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. The food was really delicious. I went with my husband for our honeymoon and we had gotten the octopus special and sticky ribs as appetizers and then I got the scallops with risotto for dinner and my husband got the ribeye...

Quite possibly the best meal I've ever had at Jay's ( or another on 7 mile island for that matter. We usually get the scallops and the filet which are always delicious but having tried the steamed catch ( halibut ) and the ribeye we will definitely order those dishes next time as well. The broth for the halibut was out of this world and all the accompaniments for the perfectly medium rare ribeye were so flavorful!

Came down on vacation with the family and the wife and I went on a date night. It was really good food and it was a great environment. It was romantic environment but not stiff or stuffy. It was great food. We have the broccolini, halibut and pad Thai. The chef is from Thailand and the pad Thai was easily the best thing. Oh plus it's BYOB!

Coming here has been like visiting with family and the food quality is always eclectic and delicious. My family swears by the Pad Thai, a true testament to the chef's family heritage. I prefer the specials. We had a wonderful cold soup with melon and crab - fantastic. The charred octopus was outstanding and came with a mix of interesting flavors in a tasty relish that included fresh hearts of palm...

This is the first time I have eaten here because we can never get a reservation and now I know why. The food and service were excellent. It is a small menu because everything is home made including their dressing and sauces. Steamed halibut, shrimp pad Thai, ceased salad, broccolini appetizer, everyone in our party loved their meal. This is a good restaurant for a nice upscale dinner. I highly recommend it.
